​1-2-1 Yoga for Trauma, Stress and Anxiety

My interest came from doing research that discovered how trauma affects the brain. Yoga turned out to be a way to get people to safely feel their physical sensations and to develop a quiet practice of stillness".

1-2-1 online yoga sessions to help alleviate the effects and symptoms of trauma, stress and anxiety on the body and mind. The sessions are highly individualised and often a combination of Dru Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Deep Relaxation and Pranayama (breathing techniques) that have been proven effective in creating a safe space in the body and mind, where emotions can be experienced and integrated.

I was told the same over eight years ago when I was diagnosed with CFS/ME.
