We are living challenging times at a planetary level. It's never been so important to live and act as one.
In times of uncertainty, it is easy to feel disempowered and lost. But today and always, there is so much that you can do, no matter where you are at the moment or how you feel. When you take care of yourself, you take care of each other. When you love yourself, you bring love to the world. When you heal yourself, you heal the planet. And believe, me, that's what we all need right now. Your health matters, your wellbeing matters, the world needs you to be healthy, calm and centred. The world needs the best version of you. We all have a part to play. How can you achieve the above in turbulent times? How can you remain healthy at a physical, mental and spiritual level? Yoga's ancient wisdom and practices hold your hands and take you to a place inside where change is possible, where there's resilience, clarity, peace, truth, compassion and unconditional love, no matter what is happening outside. Ayurveda science offers daily nutrition, breathing, yoga, meditation, mantra and self-care practices that contribute to keep a strong immune system, digestion and emotional wellbeing. In this place you become part of the solution, instead of the problem. I have been studying, practising and sharing these tools for over 20 years. Throughout my life, Yoga has seen me through adversity, illness and trauma. In my work, I witness the miracles and transformation that this practices bring to people on a daily basis. Now more than ever I am very proud and grateful to have dedicated my life to learn and teach Yoga and Ayurveda and to be able to keep doing it online in these turbulent times, both in group settings and also privately, and help people find peace, connect, heal.
