I have been studying, practising and sharing these tools for over 20 years. Throughout my life, Yoga has seen me through adversity, illness and trauma. In my work, I witness the miracles and transformation that this practices bring to people on a daily basis.
Now more than ever I am very proud and grateful to have dedicated my life to learn and teach Yoga and Ayurveda and to be able to keep doing it online in these turbulent times, both in group settings and also privately, and help people find peace, connect, heal.
